Who will be the next chairman of PCB?
Ramiz Raja, a former Pakistan captain, will meet with Prime Minister Imran Khan today to discuss his possible nomination as head of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
According to sources, Raja and Dr. Jawad would be appointed to the Board of Governors, replacing current PCB chairman Ehsan Mani and Asad Ali.

Mani is also set to meet with the premier today to discuss whether or not he would continue as the head of cricket’s governing body for the next three years after his present term expires on August 25.

On the other hand, reports say PM Khan would speak with Raja about his selection for the coveted position.
The PCB’s patron, Prime Minister Khan, has a say in who the board’s chairperson is.

Mani will have to go through a re-election process if his tenure is extended, as stipulated by the PCB constitution, which states that a chairperson’s tenure should not exceed six years. Mani has only completed three years so far.
