Shadab Khan is excluded of South Africa, Zimbabwe tours
After sustaining an injury during the second ODI against the Proteas on Sunday, Pakistan leg-spinner Shadab Khan has been ruled out of the current South Africa tour and the forthcoming tour of Zimbabwe.

Shadab would have to rehab for four weeks after suffering an injury to his left toe.

Shadab Khan has been ruled out of the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) upcoming tours to South Africa and Zimbabwe after sustaining a left toe injury while batting during the second One-Day International, which will keep him out for up to four weeks.

“After the match, X-rays showed an “intraarticular communicated fracture,” but there was no displacement or angulation. According to the release, the injury will be treated conservatively, with Shadab completing a four-week rehabilitation program.

With the series tied at 1-1, the third and final ODI is set for Pretoria on Wednesday.
