Pakistan take the lead 1-0 in a three match T20I series against South Africa. South Africa won the toss and decided to bowl first.
They had a good start as they run out Babar Azam on the second ball but Rizwan has other plans in mind and scored his maiden T20 international 100 days after scoring his maiden test century in the test series against South Africa!
Rizwan makes history!
Rizwan becomes only the 2nd Pakistani batsman and first Pakistani wicket keeper batsman to score a T20I hundred.
Rizwan also become just the 2nd wicket keeper in the world after Brandon McCallum to score a hundred in T20 international. Rizwan also smashed 7 sixes in his innings setting the record for most sixes by a Pakistani batsman in a T20I innings.

South Africa had a good start but Pakistan managed to get back into the game sneaking wickets time to time. Usman Qadir got the first two breakthroughs for Pakistan giving them a relief.

Rizwan who already had an amazing day, but that just wasn’t enough for him. Of course he continues his magic behind the stumps and reaches in with a big dive for the stumps to take the run out chance and the result was just what he wanted!
