Pakistani pacer Mohammad Amir has returned for Gloucestershire in some fashion. Amir was the part of Gloucestershire during County Championship 2022 but he got injured soon. After recovering, he joined the side again for Vitality Blast 2022. In Gloucestershire’s encounter against Kent, Amir proved to be the MVP with the ball for Gloucestershire.

Mohammad Amir took 2/30 in his 4 overs as Gloucestershire won a close encounter against Kent by 5 runs. 33 were required in the final 2 overs when Amir had the responsibility of bowling the 19th over.
