Is Shadab Khan going to captain Pakistan?

The all format captain and star batsman of Pakistan, Babar Azam fractured his thumb in an unfortunate practice session against NewZealand A and was ruled out of the T20 series due to the injury. 

It has been the concern of all Pakistan cricket fans that who’s going to captain Pakistan in T20s and who’s going to fill in the shoes of Babar Azam as the role of a batsman.

Nothing has been confirmed yet totally by the Pakistan cricket broad but it’s being said that Shadab Khan is recovering well from injury as management is hopeful for his availability in all three T20Is. Shadab also took part in the last bowling session. Management will analyse and overlook the recovery of Shadab tomorrow. If fit, Shadab Khan will be able to captain Pakistan national team for the first time in absence of Injured captain Babar Azam.

Who will bat as Babar Azam?

To fill in the role of Babar Azam as a batsman, as yet nothing has been confirmed by the PCB but Fawad Alam is the name going around as a replacement in absence of captain Babar Azam.
