Here is what Babar Azam must do to overcome Virat Kohli:
Former Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Akhtar has shared his thoughts on what Pakistan captain Babar Azam needs to do to compete with Indian captain Virat Kohli.
During an interview with Sports Talk, the former fast bowler stated that the argument raging around Azam and Kohli is completely incorrect.
“Virat has 70 century in international cricket, correct?” So he will earn 30 more in the next five years, and I want him to reach 120 centuries, or at least 110,” Akhtar remarked.
“See, with all these runs, who can compare to him? The debate is incorrect in and of itself. And Babar is now on his way. “It’s great that there’s healthy competition,” he continued.
“If Babar is to beat and surpass Virat, he will have to score more runs chasing and play innings like Kohli.” There is no doubt that Babar Azam has the potential to be Pakistan’s greatest batsman, but it will take time. “We’ll see where Kohli and Babar are in ten years,” he remarked.
